About The Role
- Participate in internal learning of all products, tools, and resources available to you
- Be assigned a mentor to shadow
- Learn how to talk to clients about Included Health
- Onboard with the Included Health team
- Become familiar with our offerings and implementation process.
- Assist Implementation Managers with service implementations for new client launches as a second chair
- Assist/own configurations for new service launches
- Support the implementation of new services for existing Included Health clients with the support of your experienced leader or mentor
- Lead client and internal discussions related to products and services
- Gain an understanding of client needs and priorities
- Lead non-launch related assignments (data maintenance, plan changes, etc)
- Demonstrate a mastery of the Included Health suite of products
- Support service implementations for new and/or existing clients and complete ongoing service management tasks
- Demonstrate a mastery of the Included Health suite of products by passing multiple Knowledge Checks with your leaders and peers
- Assist with project management and maintain key documentation, such as project plans, client deliverables, activities, and timelines as needed
- Assist in the launch of additional services, conduct annual client maintenance work and execute other change requests for existing clients
- Lead data collection and integration efforts with client vendor partners
- Collect, document and disseminate client specific implementation details to key stakeholders
- Leave clients feeling delighted after every interaction
- Serve as the implementation lead alongside the Client Success relationship owner for Included Health’s existing clients and their vendor partners during the implementation, maintaining regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders
- Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
- Attend and/or facilitate implementation meetings and subsequent ongoing implementation touch points with health plans, clients, and vendors
- Support the new service implementation and ongoing service management for existing employer and health plan clients
- Able to prioritize and research projects independently and accurately within established deadlines involving all aspects, including analysis through resolution
- Understanding of claims payment processing and medical management processes is required.
- Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
- Experience in the health insurance industry with experience in healthcare and employee benefits, physician/adjunct/ancillary/medical insurance billing requirements and payment reconciliation procedures
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Project management experience and knowledge of project management principles, preferred
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple implementations at one time
- Outstanding track record in prior roles
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing organization
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and vendor partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (less than 10%)

- High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred
