Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the consulting team

Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices

Associate or Professional Certifications (multiple modules preferred)

Reporting directly to the Manager, Client Support, the Clinic Implementation Consultant will have the following job responsibilities:

Promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of the software application.

Oncology Language / Terminology understanding including knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiation or Medical Oncology.

8+ years of project management experience in enterprise healthcare technologies

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)

Possess the following skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and relationship-building

Manages Risk Management plan to identify, document, define mitigation plans, track, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, barriers, and dependencies

Expertise in designing and implementing modern program and project management methodologies and tools

Experience or knowledge of the Payment Integrity or FWA (fraud, waste and abuse) industry strongly preferred

Knowledge in Corporate Treasury and Risk Management (especially FX risk management) are a plus.

Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.

Kyriba Academy certification is a requirement for this role and must be obtained within 3 months of start date.

Obtain Kyriba Academy certifications across different modules and develop new skills related to the product, industry, and market trends.

Attend internal product training sessions and webinars to increase knowledge of product offerings and roadmap.

Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or relevant work experience.
