What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with client to customize treatment regimens and to configure clinical system settings based on role based workflow
• Provide feedback from the end users which will enhance the functionality and usability of the software
• Deliver on-site or web-based training in small and/or large group settings
• Collaborate in the design, testing, and creation of training materials, documentation, and videos to support the implementation process
• Work collaboratively with implementation project management to facilitate and project manage new product offerings
• IntelliDose subject matter expert for the clients throughout the implementation process
• Review of client processes and development of clinical workflows to support implementation plan
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent clinical Oncology experience preferred
• Preferred Customer Success Management experience that includes keeping clients engaged and regularly using products
• Previous software implementation experience a plus
• Licensed Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license preferred
• Graduation from an accredited program

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail; organized
• Meticulous follow-up skills
• Strong industry knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively but also independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train various levels of end users
• Prior experience in a clinical training environment preferred
• Excellent presentation skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

$82,300 - 117,920

• This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
