Implementation Consultant | Eagle

The Implementation Consultant plays a pivotal role in consulting projects by undertaking implementation tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with the aligned Project Manager to efficiently manage work plan tasks. Working predominantly independently, this role engages in short-term client projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong capacity for organized and effective client interaction.

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure requirements are understood.
• Communicate with Project Manager pro-actively to mitigate risk to budgets and timeline.
• Adapt Eagle product capabilities to meet specific customer business needs.
• Work closely with other Professional Services team members to deliver solutions to Epicor Eagle clients.
• Provide on-site assistance at go-live events.
• Demonstrate a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with their respective certification track.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget. Meet utilizations targets and complete project deliverables on time.

What you will likely bring:

• Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently
• Ability to meet utilizations targets and completes project deliverables on time
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
• Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, and monitor the performance of project tasks
• Ability and availability for up to 50-75% overnight travel throughout North America.
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail, supply chain, and/or retail accounting concepts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years consulting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Epicor Eagle ERP required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years applicable retail industry experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge
