Job Description

The Customer Support Manager will be based in the US and report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and be part of a small but growing team of passionate global sales & marketing executives.

The Customer Support Manager will be a dynamic and engaging professional preferably experienced in medical device customer support and logistics management with an overall responsibility of implementing the most effective processes to drive and enhance daily activities to ensure that the company is providing excellent and timely service to the B2B and B2C customer experience.

The primary focus of responsibilities will be to deliver first-rate customer support to both end-user customers and channel customers. This will involve daily one-on-one interaction with end users, channel partner employees when required, and logistics coordination to ensure products are delivered to optimize overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements

·10+ years of customer service experience and/or certificate or diploma in customer engagement, Business Administration, or a related field

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, quality management, and tools (i.e., Zendesk, NetSuite, Greenlight Guru)

·Demonstrated ability to train and mentor

·Available for occasional evening hours to communicate and remotely meet with Australian team members

·Some travel may be required for this role to attend B2B customer locations and to attend Trade Shows
