The Candidate:
Are you a motivated go-getter with a passion for client success? We are on the lookout for a client-facing superstar who has already made a significant impact in the B2B event industry. Your mission will be to forge unbreakable bonds with our customers, ensuring they achieve their objectives as sponsors and exhibitors at our mind-blowing in-person and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Show:
- Spearhead the development and launch of a cutting-edge Sponsor/Exhibitor portal.
- Craft personalized, sustainable solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure exhibitor and sponsor satisfaction.
- Be the voice of the customer, influencing core operations, marketing, and sales.
- Expertly manage any account escalations with tact and efficiency.
- Onboard and train new customers on all aspects of the event experience.
- Monitor and update the floorplan to perfection on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, surpassing sponsor and exhibitor expectations.
Key Responsibilities Post-Show:
- Gather valuable feedback and conduct post-event debrief sessions with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer retention and engagement strategies.
- Document success stories and testimonials to showcase our excellence.
Key Responsibilities Onsite:
- Delight customers and uphold contract fulfillment onsite.
- Conduct check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event.
- Welcome and guide customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to overcome any challenges.
- Be the main point of contact, providing stellar support during events.
Upselling and Renewals:
- Cultivate long-term customer satisfaction and encourage future event participation.
- Unearth upselling and cross-selling opportunities for event-related products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth contract renewals, putting customers first.

The skills and experience you’ll need:
- 2 years’ experience required in the Event/Exhibitor Services or related industry.
- Interest in digital marketing
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role (incl. sales and operations
- Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customer
