Customer Support Agent - Remote | Wfh

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team and help us spread our love for better at-home dining experiences! As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Experience team, working directly with our valued customers to provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships.
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, including rotating shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Our ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include becoming an expert in our internal management system, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional service across all customer interactions, and coordinating trips for Medicare members. You'll have the opportunity to work with various departments and levels of the organization, from senior management to first level associates, and devise solutions to help our customers whether remote, in-branch, or in their homes.
The successful candidate will have experience working with customer support systems like Zendesk, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You must also maintain key performance indicators and acceptable performance levels to support the assigned customer base.
This is a 6-month fully remote contract position open to local and remote candidates with the ability to travel.
