Position: Remote (Medical/Healthcare) Customer Experience Agent

Customer service experience is a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness/ability to learn new skills and information.

Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy and speed.

Well-versed in fast response data entry communication

Provide support to the member servicing various product questions and/or issue resolution via inbound calls.

Provide timely, efficient and accurate follow up to user questions or issues.

This is a high compensation, commission-only position that is 100% remote.

1st Year Compensation for many of our current new agents who follow our sales and training process:

-Part Time 1-2 sales/week: $500-$1K ($25-$50K/yr)

-Average Full Time 3-5 sales/week: $1,500-$2,500 ($75-$125K/yr)

-Above Average 6-8 sales/week: $3-4K ($150-$200K/yr)

-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

-Data entry in various platforms

-Must pass a skill assessment and background check

-At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

-Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Work for top brands like Peloton, Louis Vuitton, Carnival Cruises, and more!

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Data entry in various platforms

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Basic knowledge of the e-commerce industry and order processing.

Ability to work as part of a team while being self motivated in a remote environment.

Prior experience with FedEx or UPS is a bonus.

Ability to “smile through the phone” and deliver a positive experience to customers.

Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, order status, etc.

Follow up with customers regarding questions or concerns that could not be immediately resolved by a Tier 1 agent.

Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
