About the Role


You will support inbound and outbound client inquires that ensure we deliver on 90%+ of client commitments. You focus on timely and meaningful communication to meet client needs. You discern which approach generates the highest probability of success to meet client needs with minimal information from the client.


A Successful Candidate Is


  • Knowledgeable – 2+ years working with client in the Unemployment field
  • Determined and Disciplined – achievement oriented; optimistic about what can be; persistent, resilient to setbacks, seeks high levels of activity, fast-paced environment; provide feedback and believe in continuous improvement
  • Flexible – Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items. Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a demanding, constantly changing environment
  • Collaborative – strong partnering skills including with fellow team members, peers and key stake holders; able to build relationships & connect ideas across internal and external opportunities


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Coordinating client deliverables from tax forms to system changes
  • Representing EES UCM as an expert on our service
  • Providing service to our growing Unemployment client base with an emphasis on one-touch service
  • Identifying process improvements and working with product, management, and the team to implement changes

Additional Information


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
