Job Description
GOVX is the fastest growing ecommerce marketplace for those who serve. Our GOVX ID app through Shopify allows rapid catalog and member growth.


The Partner Success Coordinator is focused on optimizing the experience with 1,000+ partners using the app. The goal is to ensure the best experience for GOVX customers by showcasing the partner’s best value on their full assortment. This will make GOVX the #1 destination on the web to find military and first responder discounts.


Roles And Responsibilities


  • Track communication with partners in CRM to follow up when necessary.
  • Understand the GOVX ID product inside and out to support partner questions and advise partners on optimization:
  • Ensuring prime placement of GOVX ID discount on partner website and in the cart.
  • Share partner feedback with product team to document how app can be developed to automate optimization best practices.
  • Primary owner of targets around the performance of our GOVX ID product:
  • Leverage Affiliate Platforms to find new opportunities for Account Executives based on what brands are already playing in affiliate fees through know affiliate Platforms.
  • Recruit paid marketing services to provide partners exposure in GOVX emails, homepage and landing pages
  • Partner with B2B marketing to ensure all necessary documentation is available in the GOVX Help Center.
  • Increase adoption of the GOVX ID Shopify App:
  • Track and report on performance of the Shopify App and Shopify Partners. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Recruit deeper discounts during major promotions
  • Maximize performance of direct, non-Shopify affiliates and report back to the business on performance.
  • Own performance of partners who leverage the GOVX ID Shopify App. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Work with Category Managers to understand the priorities within specific categories and develop strategies to help optimize categories within GOVX ID partners
  • Self Service partners added monthly
  • Working with partners to increase their discounts to the deserving GOVX audience. To increase both members through partner websites and orders through the GOVX marketplace.
  • Communicate with partners via phone, video call and email to provide tips for optimization and follow through to ensure recommendations are implemented.
  • Partner with Category Managers on any trends or optimization efforts that will drive increased performance from direct affiliate partners.
  • Own the B2B service queue for GOVX ID, ensuring partners successfully install the app, add GOVX ID in their cart and if applicable, opt into the GOVX Marketplace
  • Recruiting partners that leverage GOVX ID on their own website to opt into the GOVX Marketplace
  • What % of partners have the offer available in the cart?
  • Orders converting through marketplace partners.
  • What is the average discount by category?
  • Conversion rate by category
  • Work to increase the number of reviews partners are adding within the Shopify app store, to increase discoverability of the app and self-set up partners per month
  • Ensure that we are offering optimization advice as consultants in every conversation.
  • Stay on top of product releases and new opportunities within the GOVX ID product and work to share those updates with partners where applicable.
  • Members joining GOVX through the platform
  • Integrate marketplace partners into the catalog by requesting marketing placements on category pages through our Digital Merchandising team.
  • Be the first point of contact for partners that implement GOVX ID through the Shopify app. Welcome partners to our platform and ensure they set up verification on their D2C website in the most optimal way to drive membership
  • Gather any required monthly performance reporting to bill direct affiliates.

Requirements


  • Superior analytical and math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and negotiating with brands over the phone on pricing and optimization strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to switch between projects without sacrificing quality and accuracy
  • Previous negotiations experience preferred
  • Passionate and mission driven
  • Experience with building forecasts and models to predict future business
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 1+ Years’ experience in ecommerce or retail
  • 2+ Years’ experience in an office environment performing project-based work
  • Solution and results oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Supervisory Responsibilities


This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Travel Requirements


No travel is expected for this position.


Work Location


This is a hybrid position that combines working onsite at the GOVX corporate office in San Diego, CA and working remotely from home. You will be required to report to the office a minimum of three days per week. Due to training and team collaboration requirements of this position, the candidate must live and work in San Diego, CA. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship will be provided.

Pay Range


$26.44 - $26.44 per hour, with benefits listed above
