MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS!

Starting at $18.20 per hour (Plus weekend shift differential of 10% = $20.02 per hour)

Additional $1.00 per hour for bilingual candidates

Full Time - 40 hours a week

Cover/Swing Shift Hours: Start time range between 11:30am - 6:30pm

Training Start Dates: April 24, 2023

We are looking for Emergency Roadside Specialists to process requests for roadside assistance as part of our fast-paced, member service organization, demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high tension situations. You will have approximately 7 weeks of paid remote training to prepare you to provide legendary service to our members! All equipment will be provided to you prior to training!

• Requires 1 year of previous customer service experience. Call Center experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• You'll need a passion for helping people, and the desire to exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
• You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite or Hot Spots, etc.) Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 mbps dowload; 5 mbps upload.
• Successful candidates in the role possess resiliency in diffusing high stress situations.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent along with the successful completion of background and drug screening mandatory.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to 100+ member calls a day.
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills provide success.
