- Directs partners and vendors to ensure brilliant execution of all programs.
- Working with internal cross functional teams, understands business goals and develops NA focused expressions of visual experience Global direction appropriate for NA market consumers.
- In collaboration with the Vice President, develops the objectives, strategies and directs the execution of Coach’s signature brand and store experiences.
- Assists the Vice President, with the identification of potential partners, programs, events, and moments that will be key to success in the NA market.
- Negotiates with venues, partners, vendors to secure rates and fees that enhance budgets.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during event moments.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Prior supervisor experience and strong leadership skills.
- 6+ years’ experience in directing events, brand experience and retail marketing programs.
- Enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, comfort with challenging situations, desire to drive innovation and understanding of target audience.
- Proven strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively cross functionally, display superior judgment managing agencies and vendors, working with the field team.
