Customer Experience Associate, Online Gaming - Overnight

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our online gaming products, answering customer questions and advocating across the company. T his position will require candidates to reside in the Las Vegas area.

This is a full time position that will require working weekends. Hours will vary between 5pm - 5am.

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Associate:

• Effectively communicate with our customers across several channels – phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Promote the DraftKings brand through your conflict resolution abilities and effective communication skills.
• Advocate for our players to help us grow the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service through demonstrating product knowledge.
• You may be required to become licensed through applicable gaming commissions.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, sport management, or a related field, preferred.
• Competence with ticketing processor systems and Microsoft Office product suite.
• Ability to work nights and weekends due to varying shifts, which includes 5 days of work with 2 days off.
• Ideally, you’ll have prior call center and/or customer service experience.
