Dagne Dover is looking for full-time Customer Experience team members to take our over-the-phone and on-the-web customer experience to the next level. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high levels of empathy while being a problem-solving wizard. If this sounds like you, please apply within!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Escalate issues to supervisor as necessary
• Identify customer needs and help customers navigate necessary platforms
• Learn our technology to properly respond to customers
• Handle all customer inquiries, including product advice, order issues, etc
• Know our product line extremely well and stay on top of all new releases

YOU:

• Have 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role; preferably eCommerce within the fashion industry
• Have weekend and holiday availability, particularly November through January.
• Are naturally resourceful and solve problems thoroughly
• Are upbeat, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary for this role is $58,500.
