No Experience Needed - Paid Training Provided

Must be able to attend required training sessions, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. *

Full-time + Overtime: 40 hours per work and opportunities for overtime if interested.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to pass a lifetime background check for state licensure (we pay for licensing).

Knowledge of AML regulations, financial crimes, and risk management principles

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders

Prior experience in compliance, gaming, or related fields is a plus

Professional certifications in AML and RG

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Associate:

Effectively communicate with our customers across several channels – phone, email, chat, and social media.

Collaborate with various company departments/stakeholders including Marketing, IT, Compliance, Finance, and General Managers.

Manage creative assets for promotions and marketing campaigns.

Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products

Ability to complete assigned duties and responsibilities within timeframes provided

Experience in event planning is a plus

Support the Boyd Interactive Team with strategic product launches/go-lives.
