Video Lead Jobs

avad3 Event Production is looking for a passionate, engaged Video Lead to work with clients and our producers on our larger events.
About This Role
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing pre-production planning and on-site production for events. You will manage a team of video techs and mentor them in new video skills. You will ensure that the client experience is one of excellence.
The primary clients we serve are typically corporate clients who need to do a 1,000 person event with a general session and breakout sessions. We support events nationally. You can view us on social media to dig deeper into the types of events we do.

You are passionate about pursuing flawless event production and care about the client experience. You enjoy learning new video techniques and implementing them. You provide clear direction to your team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You think quickly on your feet when a problem does need to be solved and work collaboratively with the client and the production team to solve it. You excel in excellent customer service, putting the client at ease.
Requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and develops a team of video and senior video techs
• Creates and implements strategy of video department
• Serves as Video Director for high level events

Skills And Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in video production leadership
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (PR, AE, PS, and AI)
• Expert in directing cameras in creative ways for story-telling through shot selection
• Advanced knowledge of LED mapping, Projectors, and Broadcast Cameras

ENVIRONMENT

• You’ll be planning upcoming events from our office, but for the event weeks themselves, this is an on-site role. We serve at events throughout the country.
