The ideal candidate is someone with proven experience in strategizing creative content for B2B SaaS brands, up-to-date with TikTok trends, and excellent at production management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement on TikTok for B2B SaaS brands

- Interact with UGC content creators, directing creative briefs & providing feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging TikTok videos

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the performance marketing team, to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives on TikTok

- Stay informed about the B2B SaaS industry landscape, competitors, and emerging trends to inform creative direction and maintain a competitive edge

- Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for TikTok videos, ensuring they are innovative, compelling, and shareable

- Oversee the creative production process, including casting, shooting, editing, and post-production, to ensure videos are produced efficiently and meet quality standards

Experience/Skills required:

- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into engaging TikTok ads that drives results

- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, including its features, trends, and user behavior

- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, its target audience, and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents

- Proficient in video editing software and tools, with the ability to oversee the production process from concept to final delivery

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teams

- Flexibility with working time and hours
