Job Description
The Infatuation is hiring a Creative Coordinator to join the Brand team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Creative Operations Manager, Art Director, and Marketing Manager to support all creative and marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for quality control and timelines of requested assets, as well as production of printed and digital materials. Additionally, you will support Creative Operations Manager with integration into JPMorgan Chase legal, operational, and compliance systems.


This role reports to the Creative Operations Manager. We're looking for candidates based in the NYC area who are comfortable working in an office several days a week.


Job Responsibilities


  • Partner with Creative Operations Manager and project managers to ensure all assets and requests are executed in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to effectively manage creative projects and enhance department productivity.
  • Interact with all departments to ensure creative and marketing materials are proofread, approved, and organized.
  • Manage production of printed materials and social content as needed.
  • Act as a touch point across the entire business for creative and brand marketing needs.
  • Assist with scheduling team events, ordering team equipment/supplies, and general administration.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Incredibly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling a variety of tasks and prioritizing as needed.
  • You have 1-2 years experience in project management, production, or brand operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Keynote, and Asana.
