The Coordinator for Audience Acquisition & Growth will provide both administrative and general support for the Senior Vice President of Digital Content Strategy and Senior Vice President, Audience Engagement & Analytics. This role will also help manage the financial operations across the digital departments.


Responsibilities


  • Manage office needs (facilities, supplies, shipping/mail)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist in processing consumer privacy requests
  • Expense report preparation and follow-up
  • Help manage team financial operations and budget tracker
  • Coordinate, manage and maintain calendars
  • Assist in creating and publishing editorial/video content for social and digital platforms


Qualifications


  • Conversant in the latest aspects of social media
  • Bachelor's degree in media, communications or a digital-related field
  • Knowledge and passion for entertainment and pop culture
  • Keen interest in Bravo/Oxygen/USA/SyFy/Universal Kids shows and talent


Desired Characteristics


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong writing ability
  • Video editing experience a plus
  • Interest in digital media and emerging technologies
  • Digital marketing and analytics experience a plus


Additional Requirements


Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.


This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $45,000-$50,000
