Creative Coordinator Jobs

A24 is looking for a highly-motivated coordinator to facilitate creative processes and provide administrative support across our Creative Marketing and Brand teams. In this role, you will have full visibility into the inner workings of our fast-paced department and will become the nexus for how information gets shared between the teams. This position is NY based.

Initial Responsibilities

• Maintaining and organizing internal databases of all creative assets
• Coordinating with internal teams (PR, grassroots, exhibition, international) to support key material drops and events
• Following through on action items and deadlines to push projects along
• Handling scheduling and expenses for team leaders
• Circulating agendas and taking notes for key weekly meetings
• Updating A24 website on weekly basis
• Managing marketing calendars
• Processing invoices and other administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate

• 1 - 2 years experience in a fast-paced business environment
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, time management and organization
• An interest in marketing for film and entertainment
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Strong undergraduate degree
• Driven, efficient, curious, and resourceful
• Meticulous attention to detail

Our target hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $23. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
