Project Coordinator, Creative Operations

The Mom Project is excited to partner with Etsy in their search for a Project Coordinator on their Creative Operations Team!

Etsy is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Creative Operations, Project Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating a variety of project and production related tasks utilizing exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills with a variety of partners. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the creative process and strong instincts on how to keep a variety of tasks organized. About The Position

The Creative Operations Project Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day project/production coordination, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners. This will be a contract hybrid role based in Brooklyn, New York reporting to a Sr. Project Manager of the Creative Ops team. If you join us, here are some of the other things you’ll do:

• Provide administrative support to the Creative Operations team
• Manage merch, shipping and inventory for shoots
• Work closely with partnering teams for vendor setups and time sensitive payments to third party vendors for creative projects
• Independently coordinate multiple tasks in support of creative projects
• Contribute as a member of the Creative and Creative Operations teams to ensure group success
• Routinely update tools, folders and documents

• Report on DEI representation in our creative marketing assets
• Routinely communicate project statuses and clearly manage expectations.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to establish quick rapport
• Ability to build positive relationships with others and take direction when need be
• Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools like Wrike.
• You have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based on evolving workload
• High degree of attention to detail.
• You have 2+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Production.
• Ability to organize and establish administrative procedures
