Influencer Agency Coordinator Jobs

Location: NYC

Requirements: Superior organizational skills are foremost. Also necessary are familiarity with sales, influencer marketing, solid written communication skills (primarily for emails), familiarity with spreadsheet programs, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

About the company: We are an influencer talent management agency for social influencers. We currently represent some of the largest influencers out there with followings ranging from 100,000 to 20 million + followers. Our talent works with some of the largest brands in the country. In the past month we have worked with Amazon, Netlfix, Hulu, McDonald's, CVS, Walgreens and KFC to name a few. Influencers are matched with major brands to promote their products on social platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Our company helps facilitate these partnerships, manage campaigns, and help our clients continue to grow their social presence.

Responsibilities: Your job will be to help the CEO and team manage internal requests from brands to work with our talent.This includes, but is not limited to, running offers by talent, finding new brands/talents to work with, composing emails, interacting with talent, organizing information, interacting directly with brands and agencies, managing inbound requests from talent.

Former sales or influencer experience is a plus.
