Creative Operations, Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Creative Operations Project Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating a variety of project and production related tasks, utilizing exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills with a variety of partners. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the creative process and strong instincts on how to keep a variety of tasks organized. This candidate should have a passion for creative marketing and be forward thinking as they support the Creative Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage merch, shipping, and inventory for shoots
• Work closely with partnering teams for vendor setups and time sensitive payments to third party vendors for creative projects
• Routinely communicate project statuses and clearly manage expectations
• Report on DEI representation in creative marketing assets
• Routinely update tools, folders, and documents
• Contribute as a member of the Creative and Creative Operations teams to ensure group success
• Independently coordinate multiple tasks in support of creative projects
• Provide administrative support to the Creative Operations team

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based on evolving workload
• Ability to build positive relationships with others and take direction when need be
• Ability to organize and establish administrative procedures
• 2+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Production
• Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools like Wrike
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to establish quick rapport
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate, empathize, encourage, and persuade a broad set of cross-functional partners on a project level
