You will be a part of the Wellness function within the Global Benefits team. The Wellness Group is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support JPMorgan Chase employees and their families in the areas of physical, emotional and financial well-being in line with the firm’s business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting key wellness programs and services including parenting and child care initiatives, and physical and emotional wellness programs. You will act as a central connection point to help employees and various internal stakeholders navigate wellness resources, services and programs, including functioning as the primary contact and/or vendor liaison for child care, lactation, parental mentoring program, and the Working Families Network (BRG).
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor program utilization, trends, and processes; identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Support the delivery, execution and implementation of various programs and offerings across the Wellness space, including vendor management and project management activities, and partnering with the Global Benefits team and various integral stakeholder groups on ad hoc projects and deliverables
- Provide guidance and act as the primary liaison with the firm’s Business Resource Groups on Wellness and parenting related content
- Support marketing and communications efforts for Wellness programs (including developing stakeholder materials, conducting presentations, planning, implementation and marketing of monthly Wellness webinars series, updating websites, hard copy collateral, newsletters, etc.)
- Operational delivery of US child care program and related programs for JPMC parents (including problem resolution, budgeting, marketing, contracting, strategy development, vendor invoice processing, and other responsibilities)
- Provide ongoing guidance related to lactation support and related programs
- Respond to employee, manager and HR inquiries
Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment, while producing a quality work product
- Minimum 3 years in Human Resources or area with comparable skill set
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for potential solutions
- Strong and effective analytical skills, including ability to analyze and present data, develop proposals, and develop and manage program budgets
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables
