Insight Global’s client, a Federal IT Consulting agency, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Federal Proposal Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include:

•Working closely with our Federal Business Development Group to assist in evaluating new business opportunity requirements.

•Authoring, editing, and coordinating responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Sources Sought,Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP), white papers, and other requested documentation.

•Breaking down RFP requirements, planning and disseminating work assignments, collating content andinput from company technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), creating, editing, and honing well-written, compelling, and fully compliant responses to Federal procurement documentation in a timely manner.

•Developing compliant high-quality original content for proposal volumes.

•Managing proposal libraries and unearthing, analyzing, and revising library content to re-purpose for new efforts.

•Participating in the overall quality, compliance, and completeness of reviews for each opportunity response to include developing documentation for color reviews and refining content based on feedback from review teams.

•Working closely with all levels of management in a highly collaborative environment.

•Working with tight document development and delivery schedules to meet strict deadlines.

•Assist in developing written content for company website and marketing material.
