Coordinator – Talent & Branding Agency

A leading, boutique talent management agency representing creative professionals across fashion, media and entertainment is seeking a coordinator to support their two Talent Managers.

This role will help project manage and support the managers with their work across commercial endorsements, sponsorships, creative consulting, and collaborations in a highly collaborative culture. The role is hybrid, working from offices between Brooklyn & lower Manhattan and provides great work life balance.

Salary is commensurate with experience: $45,000-48,000 + benefits, 401k and unlimited PTO.

Our ideal candidate will have:

-At least one year of Internship or assistant experience at a talent or model management company, ad agency or an in-house brand in the marketing department working within talent partnerships

- Experience working day to day with high profile clients in a forward facing manner

- Graphic design experience would be a plus but is not required

- Knowledge of Keynote and ideally Adobe Suite

- Attention to detail and organization.

- Ability to develop processes and systems for logistics and organization

- Ability to coordinate logistics with buyers and clients that live in different time zones.

- Interest in the entertainment, fashion, and/or media industries, and an entrepreneurial spirit

- Familiarity with relevant agencies, companies, and people in the entertainment, fashion, and/or media.

- Outgoing, helpful, and polite disposition.

- Discretion.

Responsibilities:

-Work directly with two talent managers to support the day to day project management of their respective clients, as well as more company-wide logistics and

strategy in a startup, entrepreneurial environment

-Maintain a workflow for active client projects

-Facilitate the production of client projects, including logistics of travel, scheduling, and tracking expenses

-Produce media kits/project proposals

-Put together monthly research reports/presentations on new business opportunities including potential new clients, potential new buyers, etc.
