Compliance Manager Jobs

The Compliance Manager will provide oversight of the recertification function ensuring accurate and timely completion of annual, interim and all other tenant certifications for a 900+ unit community. Responsibilities include implementation and ongoing preservation of corporate standards for quality assurance, internal controls, reporting, and audit preparation. **This is a full-time, on-site position, no remote/hybrid schedule available**

Company is a privately owned real estate firm that develops, acquires, invests in, and manages a wide range of multifamily housing. They own and manage a portfolio of 15,000+ units that consists of affordable housing, market rate housing and mixed income-housing.

Key Requirements:

• Certified Occupancy Specialist Designation required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 3-5 years of related experience including but not limited to affordable housing compliance (LIHTC, Section-8, Public Housing, HUD etc.) and staff management.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week required.
• Experience with Rent Café a plus.
