Compliance Manager Jobs

DynaTen is seeking a Compliance Manger to join the team! The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing project related regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties

Manage contractual agreements between owners, contractors and subcontractors including but not limited to:

• Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and
• Recommendations in support of goals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be sensitive to changing priorities and deadlines
• Financial reporting and other administrative duties
• Insurance and bonding requirements
• Billing and collections
• Review project intake forms, budgets, and change orders
• Collect, store and track compliance documentation
• Wage and payroll agreements
• Know when and how to take action for non-compliance
• Review, analyze, and respond to prequalification requests
• Proactively communicate with parties when documents are expiring, when information is missing and when payments are held back
• Lien requirements
• Actively communicate compliance requirements to everyone involved in the project
• Participate in the development and administration of department goals, objectives, and procedures
• Maintain city registrations
• First line of contact for internal and external audit requests

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Contract or Compliance Manager in the construction industry
• Commitment to integrity and quality
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Experience working with Project Managers, Estimators and Engineers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• BS or BA degree preferred
• Prompt and responsive with measured urgency
