Customer Service Representative- Evicore - Remote ($17.00 - $18.00 / Hour)

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for inbound callers
• Process requests for service and capture necessary information to build the case file
• Investigate and resolve pre-certification questions or concerns
• Provide status updates and liaise with clinical staff when needed
• Provide professional and courteous service to all callers
