We have an exciting opportunity in one of our properties for an on-site General Manager for a Commercial property in Midtown Manhattan with about 30-40 units.
We pride ourselves in hiring the best team of property managers who are experienced and knowledgeable to service the needs of shareholders and address building challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality / Leadership:
- Oversee account management for prospective customers (asset space deliverables, review lease proposals, buildouts and space tours)
- Accountable for driving overall amenity engagement
- Understand customer business needs and leverage our platform to solve their real estate challenges
- Develop and manage customer relationships including executive relations, lease renewals, hospitality, and traditional operations management
- Lead the Property Management and operations team to provide a best-in-class customer-focused experience throughout the property
Operations:
- Oversee financial reporting for profit and loss variances, quarterly reforecasting, investor reports, annual audit processes and ensure periodic tax remittance
- Supervise all base building capital and major repair/maintenance projects; track and manage finances for projects
- Source and oversee management of third-party maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Develop a comprehensive asset strategy inclusive of an annual operating budget and capital plan, and present to internal stakeholders and partners
- Participate as a stakeholder in design development for construction of pre-built and landlord-built customer spaces
