The Role:

The Product Manager position will work with the business owners and under the overall strategy of the SVP of Talent Technology, acting as Technical Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert of one or more products within the HR Technology team. The initial role will be to own the Talent Acquisition-related platforms but may extend to other platforms over time. Qualified candidate has a background working with or implementing applicant tracking systems and other talent systems, familiarity with HR business & recruiting processes, a good foundation in project management and business analysis, ability to interact with executives, manage conflicting priorities adeptly, and ability to move projects forward proactively.



What You Will Do:

As part of the Talent Technology team, you will act as the main technology partner to the recruiting community, the Chief Talent Officer of McCann Worldgroup, and other CTOs, Talent Management and HR personnel of varying levels as related to the product suite you manage.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

· Act as Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert on Talent Acquisition platforms and related integrations to understand and push the limits of the capabilities of your product suite with opportunity for growth into other products. Be the key relationship partner to the global recruiting community and the key business stakeholder, the Chief Talent Officer of McCann Worldgroup, establishing trust and inspiring confidence in your technical expertise in your subject matter.

· Act as Talent Acquisition Business Analyst, understanding priorities across local, regional and global stakeholders, documenting requirements and providing recommended options and solutions to meet those requirements.

· In partnership with the Business, Recruiting, Vendor and Business Intelligence communities, provide recommendations on appropriate / meaningful analytics that can be provided through the use of our tools and data.

· Partner with other talent leads across IPG and sister agencies as the needs evolve and the talent technology space expands.

· Manage day-to-day relationship with related Technology & Platform vendors

· If applicable, identify and vet additional vendors to address gaps

· Lead technology implementation of any additional products in recruiting space

· Take on additional product responsibility as needed.

· Require flexibility in managing meeting schedules across various time zones to service the business.

· Provide direction and mentorship for the designated System Administrator who will work in support of your product strategies and recommendations.

· Responsible for moving projects forward in a proactive and self-sufficient manner with high-level direction and report back findings and progress

· Keep apprised of new functionality and feature releases within the suite of managed products, as well as understanding the competitive landscape of similar tools.

· Own and manage product related task force communities and communications.

· Identify and deliver on platform training solutions and manage Sharepoint training site/materials accordingly.

· Act as liaison between TA taskforces team and technical colleagues in Business intelligence and Data and Infrastructure teams to translate business needs to technical solutions.

· Provide recommended strategy for Talent Acquisition platform deployment plans and system module implementations with support from PM and System Admin and under mentorship and overall Talent Technology Stack strategy provided by SVP of Talent Technology.

· Manage data integrations with key platforms, working with the MW and IPG CISO and data privacy legal counsel to adhere to and execute against data security and data privacy requirements.

· Work with DE&I partners to incorporate their needs into product configuration, within relevant legal compliance parameters.


REQUIREMENTS:

· 3-6 years of experience in managing talent applicant platforms / relevant recruiting experience with deep TA platform configuration knowledge.

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable experience required

· Background deploying or managing TA system rollouts within complex/multi-tiered organizational structures.

· Hybrid position reporting partially on-site at MW Corporate headquarters in NY.

· Experience with data analytics/dashboards desired, experience with PowerBI, a plus

· Experience with data integrations between two or more systems, a plus

· Experience with SSO authentication, a plus (Ping, Azure, etc.)

· Experience with data privacy and data security requirements, processes and philosophies, especially as related to employee and candidate data & purge requirements.

· Strong work ethic

· Comfort working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple parallel initiatives with an agility to respond to changing business environment & priorities

· Experience with Avature preferred


Salary Range: 85k – 100k
