Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.

Procurement and Admin Work for Internal System Accounts Management:

Assist the North American General Manager in the follow-up and coordination of internal projects to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.

Proficient knowledge of WMS, HRA One Viewer, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.
