Clinical Business Analyst Jobs

Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Clinical Business Analyst. You will work with Clinical and Operations staff to implement support and improve various internal applications for management and quality improvement efforts.

• Develop and deliver guides, presentations, and trainings in group settings and via webinars to internal and external audiences.
• Work closely with all CHS departments’ staff to identify and document new functionalities, or enhancements to existing ones, for all applications implemented.
• Serve as a liaison between practice providers and various teams to provide feedback on quality improvement efforts.
• Provide technical assistance to providers to help them improve business processes.
• Train new staff on CHS systems and conduct ongoing refreshing trainings and trainings to support system upgrades.
• Provide on-site support to facilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics and work onsite to transfer skills for using Clinical Provider scheduling systems and Personnel tracking application. By working closely various staff within the agency the Clinical Business Analyst will coach, in implementing process and system improvements that lead to improved quality of care, patient health outcomes and overall business processes across all CHS departments.
• Involved in the requirement analysis and development of new application systems.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues.

Skills Required

• Data management and analytical skills (SQL, Excel, etc).
• Bilingual – English and Spanish (Speak, Read, Write)
• Willing to work in a secure, 24/7 correctional environment.
• Two years’ experience Strong background in system administration, w working in a helpdesk environment, as w ell as experience in web design and development.
• Health care information technology background
• Possess strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess good time management and organizational skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications. or;
• Bachelor’s in business information systems - preferred
• HSD/GED & recent IT certifications - required.
• MS Office experience - preferred
• A master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data communications, or a related field of study; and two (2) years of
• And five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
• Database Management & ETL - preferred
• A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data communications, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, preferably in computer science or related field.
