Business Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Identify specific business opportunities and process improvements, including opportunities for automation
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and determine recommendations for improvements
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from the team
• Develop and maintain reporting tools
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
• Document clear and well-structured business requirements and procedures
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
• Influence stakeholders to support business projects
• Lead and/ or assist with project management for selected projects, including automation initiatives
• Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Perform data analysis and modeling
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, project and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Capable of anticipating and accommodating the needs of team members and adapting to the changing needs of the organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, or other automation tools is preferred
• Energetic and willing to get involved where needed
• Bachelor’s degree including at least 5-10 years in a financial service or business analysis role
• Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy
• Strong technical skills that can contribute to automation and process improvement
• Proven ability to learn quickly and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Tableau is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesconnect and Snowflake
