Job Description

Named by U.S. News & World Report as one of “America’s Best Hospitals”, our Client is seeking a well-rounded Clinical & Business Systems Analyst II with Healthcare experience (preferred Sunrise or Hyland OnBase) and strong reporting skills!


This position requires relocation to the Manatee County, FL area



:

  • Responsible for providing analyst leadership, direction, and project management for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Responsible for developing and supporting a stable, reliable, and customer-oriented clinical/business system and applications that meet the needs of users and the organization.
  • Responsible for clinical/business systems analysis, data management, technical support, maintenance, application and configuration, quality improvement, user support, implementation, and standards and regulation of the Clinical and Business Systems throughout the organization.
  • Writes, creates and preserves reports, queries, and data related to clinical & business applications.
  • Responsible for all systems planning, development, and implementation, including new systems, upgrades, and enhancements.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of applicable clinical/business experience, preferably in a multi-entity health care system, large hospital, physician office, or managed care organization. Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of required experience.
  • Associates degree in information systems, Informatics, Business Administration, Nursing, or appropriate clinical or business field REQUIRED.
  • Knowledge of patient care setting and clinical practice by profession or experience.
  • Relevant work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.
