Business Analyst Jobs

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing client, headquartered in Rochester, NY! In this dynamic position, you will drive business growth and efficiency by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepare and presents sales reports to company leaders
• Manage new customers by creating SOPs for order processing, customer item numbers, pricing, and customer-specific delivery requirements
• Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
• Support the demand planning process by ensuring accurate maintenance and updates of customer forecasts in the ERP system. Collaborate on promotional activities with the supply chain team
• Take the lead in ERP initiatives and oversee the implementation of new ERP modules
• Coordinate EDI messaging with customers, third-party providers, and the VAN network to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange
• Identify product life cycle stages considering historical data and customer behavior changes
• Evaluate and predict sales trends to optimize promotional strategies and drive sales growth

Business Analyst Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful reports to key business leaders
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of people from all levels
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• 1-2 years of business analysis experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
