Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst role within the Article V Data Technology Plan will assist with overall PMO execution oversight. Business Analysts will report into the Consent Order Technology PMO.

• This role will be responsible for ensuring effective oversight and reporting is in place across the Technology Data Plan, which is organized by Prioritized Product groupings across different stakeholder and business partner organizations. This role’s primary responsibilities include:
• Become SME in Product/Asset Class (es).
• Work closely with Product Owners to help manage Article V Book of Work (BoW).
• Manage the artifact collection process associated to Product/s, ensuring all documents are collected for R&C/audit review.
• Understand the Article V Data plan E2E; different systems involved the dependencies and impact/benefits.
• Partner closely with change management team for proposed / pending change requests through to completion.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and forums, providing updates, taking actions away and closing out open queries.
• Monitor change requests associated to Product/s, chase approvals and resolve open questions.
• Ability to pivot from one task to another based on critically assigned by management.
• Accurately report the status of products and their associated milestones/deliverables in Internal Project Tracking system and SharePoint, ensuring both sources are aligned.
• Own the Status for deliverable/milestones associated to Product/Asset Class assigned and proactively source latest updates; exec summary status, risk, issue, path to green (mitigation), path to green target date.
• Point of Contact (PoC) for data analysis queries and quality checks against the plan.
• Assist in resolving any obstacles impeding progress, provide executive summary updates.
• Update Senior Management Presentations weekly with metrics, status, talking points etc. for Product/Asset Class assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Articulate and effective communicator, both verbal and written.
• Subject matter expertise across data analytics and project management.
• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large, complex organizations, including communicating issues/requests.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
