Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst (CCAR)

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineers using Agile Methodology and should have an end-to-end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with businesspeople to have a real-time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.

• Data Analysis, Discovering, profiling, and mapping the data from existing sources and feeds to understand the data flow

• Documenting the source-to-target flow of data, including any reference data lookups, formulae, and data transformations

• Identifying conceptual business rules for detecting data inconsistencies and monitoring data quality

· Proficiency with SQL and the ability to query / profile data across multiple data sources and formats

· Prior experience in working with CCAR reports (FR Y14-A, FR Y14-Q, FR Y14-M) or other similar reports

· Strong exposure in performing GAP analysis

· Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Strong banking domain knowledge – familiarity with commercial lending & leasing, mortgages, deposits, and factoring

· Experience generating process documentation and reports

- Business Data Analyst with a degree in IT or Computer Science

- Strong working knowledge of relevant Data Governance applications

• - Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
