Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Gudiewire Business Analyst located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Some work-from-home is acceptable. As a Gudiewire Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, participating in project planning, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating with business stakeholders. You will also ensure that proper documentation is in place to support various Gudiewire components, and you will provide troubleshooting assistance to other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, IT systems analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, ETL concepts, and database design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, gathering requirements, and conducting gap analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Gudiewire, HR & Payroll, or Financial Systems is a plus.
