BlueMatrix is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join its vibrant team.
The organization is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Client Relationship Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively promote new sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Managers handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

As a Client Relationship Manager at BlueMatrix, you will be responsible for fostering strong and lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, aiming to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Overseeing customer account management and providing insight on to be used by Sales for negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, support management report, profitability report and annual forecasts)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- In collaboration with Sales team members, negotiate Statements of Works to maximize profits
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client accounts
- Support Sales in the development of new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (upselling)
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives in collaboration with the project management unit to internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Solid experience on BM products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understanding of the financial industry
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
