Position Overview

Position Status: Full-time

Compensation: $16.00 to $20 per Hour

Expected Hours: Standard, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pacific Time

Role
We’re looking for an organized, energetic, high-performing client service representative with strong communication skills and detailed oriented, having small business accounting experience or knowledge is a plus.

You will be responsible to have daily communication (via phone, messaging, email, or virtual meetings) with multiple clients. Your job is to gather (and/or verify) information needed for your team, the bookkeepers, to do their job in QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated record of successfully learned and followed specific processes for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate client’s needs and exceed their expectations without being told.
• Radiate the SmartBean® brand: friendly, not casual. We are positive professionals.
• Attend hand-over meeting with On-Boarding Specialist for every client.
• Maintain secure access to all software.
• Follow established project guidelines, workflow, and tasks.
• Prioritize confidentiality of client’s information at all times.
• Communicate regularly with client, responding to inquiries promptly...with a smile.
• Preserve company’s reputation by promptly addressing clients’ complaints and resolving any concerns.

Personal Attributes & Qualifications

• Well-organized and consistent execution of a daily plan.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Xero software.
• Show up every day with a smile and a Get-It-Done attitude.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
