Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a candidate for a full-time Dispatcher position within the firm. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate effectively with haulers and contractors to fulfill truck orders.
• Change entire orders and/or reroute truckers to different locations and jobsites at a moment's notice.
• Problem solving situations quickly and efficiently.
• Organizing information into software for other departments to function
• Understanding the needs of customers and vendors and working with them to ensure successful product delivery
• Willing to work long hours, be on-call, and work on the weekends when required.

Requirements for the position:

2+ years of transportation dispatch experience

Excellent communication skills

Organized and pays attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
