For our office in High Point(NC) Eichholtz USA we are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team.

As Customer Service representative, your main goal is to take care of your own client portfolio from A to Z. You are in constant contact with our Sales Reps, follow them up on quotes, create orders, and follow up on payments to push orders to our warehouse. Meanwhile you enjoy to build up relationships with our customers.


Responsibility

The following tasks are your main responsibilities:

  • Inform customers proactive on delays
  • Manage order and quote book
  • Activate customers in your portfolio proactive
  • Manage client portfolio (create quotes and orders)
  • Coordinate complaints between customer, sales rep, service department
  • Register phone calls and e-mails in our CRM
  • Client data responsible
  • Leadtime responsible (follow up towards our Sales Reps)

Vereisten

Our ideal candidate:

You are representative, pro active and have a high level op responsibility, besides that you are/have:

  • Accurate
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years previous customer service experience.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Please notice that an assessment will be part of the recruitment procedure for this role and that you must be a permanent residence of the USA (who preferably lives in North Carolina) to apply for this job.
