We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Chariton location which will open the first quarter of 2024. This position's home branch will be Indianola until the Chariton branch opens. This position may work at other Peoples Bank locations, besides Indianola, being paid for the extra time and miles until the Chariton branch opens.
The position is responsible for opening, closing, and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, online banking and teller duties.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates have GREAT customer service skills; able to multi-task; computer skills, phone skills and we prefer a minimum of 2 years of customer service or banking experience.
Schedule
A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Compensation
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience): Pay range $18.54 - $24.72/hr.
