Overview The Senior Client Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that their inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner. The Senior Client Service Representative is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as providing support to other departments within the organization. Detailed Job Description The Senior Client Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that their inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner. The Senior Client Service Representative is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as providing support to other departments within the organization. The Senior Client Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about products and services. The Senior Client Service Representative will also be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing customer feedback to management. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices

• Knowledge of data entry and order processing

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or related field
