Familiarity with Confluence and Passport, or other equivalent knowledge base /collaboration platforms are a plus

Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities

Support, mentor, and/or manage a marketing coordinator

BA/BS in Marketing or a related field, and/or equivalent work-related experience.

Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in similar role within the digital marketing industry

Digital media agency experience is considered an asset, but not required

Experience in event planning, project management, or community management is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and social media tools.

Identify opportunities to improve the community experience and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Secure venues, manage logistics and oversee event registration processes.

Manage post-workshop evaluations and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Help develop the RFP process by serving as a liaison on print products.

The pay range for this position is $63,750- $75,000 depending on experience
