The Position:

In this role, you will spend time inside a high-growth company leveraging your skills as they are today. You will work on projects in social media, content marketing, product launch, marketing automation, and email marketing. Working directly with our team you will receive hands-on experience needed for today’s modern marketer.

We are looking for someone with high aptitude and a strong desire to learn. You must love marketing and have a can-do attitude. We’ll leverage what you already know and build on it to create competency for you to take to your next role, or to grow with the company.

As an intern, you may be responsible for creating social media posts, blog posts, email newsletters and other digital content. This requires you to have a strong understanding of the company’s brand voice and tone. You may also be responsible for maintaining the company website, which requires you to have a basic understanding of HTML and other coding languages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for use in digital marketing campaigns

· Design and develop graphic design projects for print, digital or other media.

· Create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator).

· Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline

· Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, website content, social media posts, and other digital marketing collateral

· Help manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department

· Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

· Provide administrative support to the team as needed

· Perform any other duties as assigned

· Monitor digital channels for activity and engagement, reporting back to the team on a regular basis

· Assist with the development and implementation of SEO strategies

· Use web analytics tools to track and report on website traffic and performance

Minimum Requirements:

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

· Must be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite to create high quality work that meets the needs of the client while maintaining professional standards

Education or Desired License and Certificates:

· Working towards a degree in marketing, communications, or related field
