Job Description

LMC has partnered with a rapidly growing technology leader whose core focus is to accelerate the World's transition to a sustainable future, by creating intelligent buildings across the Built Environment.


Our client has substantial private equity backing, with their technology already in over 30,000 buildings Globally. Their cutting-edge technology platform is revolutionising what an intelligent building should be creating an intelligent energy network of grid-interactive buildings.


One of their revenue streams comes via channel sales, so they're adding a Partner Sales Manager in the US (Remote) which is a pivotal opening as they continue to scale their go-to-market channel side.


If you like building relationships, and owning the full sales cycle alongside selling innovative technology that is making a serious dent in decarbonising the built space, this opportunity could be of interest to you.


In this role, you'll be focused on selling their technology to Enterprise clients outside of CRE; think Life Sciences, Pharma, Higher-Ed and/or Universities etc. You'll develop and nurture customer relationships, identify key stakeholders, develop business plans, and close opportunities.


We're looking for someone who is able to work cross-functionally with my clients' business development, integration/engineering & customer success teams to move opportunities through the sales process and close business.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Be customer-centric. Understand my clients' partner pain points and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
  • Engage in sales tools effectively to plan, document progress and accurately forecast sales & revenue activity.
  • Deliver on annual sales metrics; MRR, ARR.
  • Build and manage a sales plan across partners to generate, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities within your remit.
  • Own the full sales process.


What my client's looking for in an ideal candidate?

  • Strong technical understanding of the smart buildings/energy efficiency / HVAC ecosystem.
  • Passionate about technology that positively impacts decarbonisation efforts within the Built Environment.
  • 5+ years selling complex solutions within Buildings; SaaS and/or technical solutions at the Executive level.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/revenue quotas selling via channel partners.

Compensation:

Base: $120K - $150K

First Year OTE: $200K+
