Overview Claims Case Manager is responsible for managing the claims process from start to finish. They are responsible for ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and accurate manner, and that all parties involved are kept informed of the progress. They must also ensure that all claims are settled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description Claims Case Managers are responsible for managing the entire claims process from start to finish. This includes gathering and analyzing information, preparing and filing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring that all parties involved are kept informed of the progress.
