Logistics Claims Analyst Jobs

One of the largest consumer robotics companies in the country is searching for a Logistics Analyst to join their team 100% remotely. This role will be responsible for investigating and documenting all information related to customer deductions, transportation claims, and warehousing claims in Oracle ERP and Tableau.

This unique position begins on a W2 contract that offers full benefits and the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Input information to Oracle ERP
• Utilize High Radius and Tableau for reporting
• Determine parties responsible for the claim and perform chargeback(s) accordingly
• Investigate, triage, submit, and document information related to each individual claim including those related to customer deductions, transportation, and warehousing.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working on logistics, supply chain, or 3PL teams
• Experience utilizing Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understating of cost recovery and logistics claim processes
